Works well, bought to help with knotted calm muscle and it helps and hurts (but a good hurt!) decent options for alternate heads but the instructions are super techy and medical speak which is why I docked a star. Need some easier "use this head for these areas" style breakdown to go along with the small printed, Latin named parts for the body "manual"
